1. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping (3 working days) on all domestic orders within the UAE. No minimum order value is required.

Express Shipping

Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on your location and the items ordered.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes — we offer worldwide shipping. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping is not valid on international orders.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries.
  • You may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, over which we have no control.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and for any such additional costs or taxes.

Please check your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at: info@arive.ae

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date. For EU and UK consumers: A delay in delivery does not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please refer to our full Terms and Conditions.

6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. Arive cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@arive.ae. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing from your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@arive.ae with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
